Amendment or Cancellation by you:
Wild Wood Crafts will endeavour to accommodate amendments to bookings; however, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible. If it is not possible to make an amendment, then the original booking remains a firm contract.
Cancellation of a booking or an individual place at our courses are only accepted as written notifications by email. Cancellation takes effect from the date we receive your notification.
If the booking is cancelled for any reason, the following cancellation charges will apply:
i. Between 1 month and 1 weeks’ notice – a charge of 50% of the total booking fee will be charged.
ii. Less than 1 week’s notice – full charge will be made.
Coppice Crafts Returns & Refunds:
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In that instance the purchaser will be financially responsible for sending the item back to Wild Wood Crafts, in perfect condition. (see Shipping returns section below for more details).
- The item was damaged on delivery. In that instance, please email email@example.com and give full details including photographic evidence of the damaged item.
If an item was commissioned, and therefore a bespoke item, you cannot return it or request a refund unless it was damaged on delivery. In that instance, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and give full details including photographic evidence of the damaged item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Claire Samways, Wild Wood Crafts, 20 Saint Patrick’s View, Raholp, Downpatrick, Co Down, Northern Ireland, BT30 7HW.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable for returns. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
